eFindSite is a ligand binding site prediction and virtual screening algorithm that detects common ligand binding sites in a set of evolutionarily related proteins identified by meta-threading.

3-10 alphanumerical characters.


Single chain in PDB format, 50-999 residues.


Provide the ticket for your eThread submission. Make sure that you can still access your eThread results at our website.


eThread model number (1 is typically the best one). Make sure that the model exists.


Select one or more libraries for virtual screening.


Single or multiple ligands in SD format.


After successful submission do not click the 'Back' button in your web browser.
